We specialise in making beautifully delicate hand crafted sugar flowers which can be coloured and dusted with powders to make them look incredibly realistic. Usually, the flowers on the wedding cake will resemble either the bride's bouquet or the flowers at the reception and we do recommend bringing along any pictures or colour swatches to your wedding cake consultation to help us recreate the your flowers in sugar.

Amongst our most popular flowers are roses, peonies, lilies, orchids, lily-of-the-valley, daisies and more recently frangipani. We also make mini hand crafted sugar flowers for wedding cakes as well as miniature cakes wedding cakes and cupcakes. Sugar flowers can be kept once the wedding cake has been cut and should be stored in a container with some anti-moisture crystals.
